Villas at Riverwalk is a pet-friendly community. Every home is a single-story Casita with a private fenced backyard — which makes this one of the most comfortable places to live with a dog in the Verde Valley.What we allow:
- Up to 3 pets per home
- Dogs and cats welcome
- Some breed restrictions apply — contact leasing for the current list
Fees per Pet:
- Pet deposit - $300.00
- One-Time Pet fee - $200.00
- Monthly pet rent - $40.00
